amp Victory Lake Counselor In Training (CIT) program is an optional program designed for older campers who have an interest in becoming Camp Counselors in the future. The CIT program is for individual ages 16 and 17. It is not required that participants be a previous Camp Victory Lake camper. The CIT program is an opportunity to enjoy camp life while gaining valuable experience in the art of being an excellent Camp Counselor. With the usage of workshops, hands-on learning experience, program planning and execution, the CIT will learn and grow as a leader, develop leadership skills and techniques for working with campers while having fun.

CIT’s will team up with a mentor (Counselor) and provide that mentor with assistance in the execution of his or her duties and will be evaluated on their progress during the program and at the completion of the program.
